Please complete the application to the right to be considered for the HFW Holiday Pop-Up. Once your application is reviewed you will receive a response from us within 48HRS. If you have been approved to be a vendor at the HFW Holiday Pop-Up, you will be emailed an invoice to remit the vendor fee.
Fees are due five (5) days from the date on the invoice. Failure to remit payment within the aforementioned time will result in the forfeiture of your participation in the market.
All participating vendors must submit a copy of their logo for marketing purposes.
Fire, pets, illicit drugs and weapons are NOT allowed on the premises.
If any of the aforementioned are displayed or engaged at the market, you will promptly be asked to leave and your fee will not be refunded.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Last minute cancellations on the vendor's part or any acts of nature also result in the fees being NON-REFUNDABLE. Harlem Fashion Week will not hold or apply vendor fees to future events and in case of acts of nature vendors will not have the option to participate in an alternate date.

PHOTO AND VIDEO CONSENT / LOGO SUBMISSION
Photos and videos are an extremely important part of the marketing and promotion of the market. This improves participation and vendor success. All vendors automatically consent to the taking of pictures and videos of their products and likeness. All vendors automatically consent to the usage of said pictures and videos on Harlem Fashion Week/ Yvonne Jewnell New York, LLC. social media platforms, websites and printed marketing materials.
