Chevalier Homme

Reginald Chevalier  was born and raised in Boston Massachusetts, to first generation Haitian American parents. In 2010 Reginald received his Bachelors Degree in social psychology at the University of Massachusetts Boston. His aspirations of becoming a Child Psychotherapist or High school counselor were out eclipsed by his innate creative abilities and his instinctual knack for fashion and style. After much encouragement by family and friends he has launched his own men’s ready to wear clothing and accessories line. Reginald spent an 8-year internship providing assistance on various tasked from garment construction, trend consulting, marketing, brand development, promotion, and fashion show production. In addition to that he volunteered in many charitable events such as the UMass Boston Black Student Center Charity Toy Drive, UMass Boston Queer Student Center Charity Drag Ball in support of Boston GLASS. Lastly, he volunteered in the organization Aksyon, Contemporary Haiti Fundraising Gala. One of his long-term goals is to unite his love for philanthropy, charity, social justice and his professional business aspirations into one. To make a brand that is socially and environmentally conscious while maintaining avant-garde and tailored style. Reginald draws his inspiration from various sources customarily though nature, classical art, music and history. His goal as a designer is to express the deep fondness for the beautiful world around him through art of various mediums. In addition, to reveal a new masculine beauty idea that’s seldom considered in a contemporary context.
