Jocelin "Ms. Foolishness" Williams, Fashion Designer, Hair and Makeup Artist, and overall Creator, has been a student of the arts all her life. Jocelin created her alter ego "Ms. Foolishness" out of the necessity to feel comfortable being different and going against the status quo of growing up in Memphis, TN. Her designer story and aesthetic has evolved over her 15 years in the industry, but she has always stayed true to her consistent love of leopard print. New York City has taken "Ms. Foolishness" under its wing and breathed new life into this immensely talented, multifaceted creator.
